6.How to judge the heat dissipation effect of a heatsin

Each customer's specific requirements are different, in general,

1. We test the maximum power of the single heat pipe heat dissipation and the judging basis is: the temperature difference between the heating end and the heat dissipation end, if the temperature difference is within the qualified range, it indicates that the heat dissipation effect of this heat pipe is qualified.
2. For multiple heat pipe modules in the heat sink, the heating end needs to be in close contact with the heat pipe module area of the product, and the gap between the heating end and the heat pipe module is filled with heat dissipation medium. The judging basis is:
（1）. The temperature of the contact surface of all heating ends does not exceed a certain value.

（2）. The temperature difference between the heat pipe module system is no more than a certain value.
